If i were a professional athlete i would support the local community center. I would support them because alot of kids there dont have anywhere that they can play sports. Id help raise money for an Ice Rink or even feild to play soccer or lacrosse on.

I think if I were a professional athlete I would help a children's organization. I would do this because kids are our future and will determine that our economy will be in during this time period. If we can help them out and get them educated we can help them grow to succeed in the future.

If I was a professional athlete, I would support finding a cure for cancer. I have lost some very close relatives to cancer and it would mean a lot to me if I could help find a cure.

If i was a professional athlete, and i was able to support a cause, i would choose to help out the less fortunate kids in Africa. All the kids in Africa who are unable to eat the things they want, wear the clothes they need to wear, as well as play with the toys they should be able to play with all deserve the chance to do so with someone's help. I feel as though even one person trying to help the less fortunate kids in Africa would definitely make a difference.

If i was an professional athlete i would go back to my hometown and provide opportunities for children who dont have the chance of living their dreams and making it happen. I would start my own after-school program or even a recreation center. Then during the summer time and times students are on break i would be able to provide camps and events to children giving them a place to be safe and i have fun.

If I were a professional athlete I would want to have my own foundation. The foundation would be a charity, for kids that may not have the opportunities that I have had. Some examples of what I want to do is help kids see the view of the world and really get them to take the approach of this world as a leader. The reason I would want to have a foundation such as this is because I grew up with kids that did not always have the best opportunities, and I feel as though every kid deserves a chance and needs good opportunities to expand and grow in this society. - Vanessa

If i was a professional athlete i would support a cancer organization. My aunt had her left breast removed because of cancer, she has gone through a lot of struggle and it bothers me very much to see her sad. if i was a pro athlete i would create my own foundation, and raise money money for anyone who has cancer

If I were a professional athlete, I would support a foundation that helped children who aren't as fortunate as me. This would include buying toys and presents to give to children at Christmas, as well as holding food and clothing drives. I would choose to support this foundation because children should not have to struggle to survive each day and I think this would be a great way to help those in need.

I would like to participate in a service that helps troubled inner city youths stay out of trouble by means of participation in athletics. I believe that sports is a great way to develop a work ethic and learn about team work. I also think that if a kid is focused and committed to a sport it will keep him from the downfalls of his/her surroundings. Personally I have heard an NBA player say that "if it wasn't for basketball I would most likely be in jail or dead."

If I were a professional athlete, I would support the children's cancer hospital because I know what it is like to know someone who has cancer. It is a hard thing to deal with and the littlest things make them happy. Especially the children in the hospital. I would also love to do the Bruins holiday shopping event, that seems like a really nice event.
